When restarting or booting up, make StopUpdates10 Start first.

Everytime I start my Window 10 Laptop, I have to wait until it gets started in order to start StopUpdates10.
That allows the updates to be loaded everytime I start my computer.
I never want an update. Never. Ever. Every update screws up my computer.
When will it stop?
