option to turn off Windows Hello

Lot of people find that windows Hello is very frustrating, I´m not James Bond and not work in CIA or FSB or MI9 to need telemetry protection of my devices, dont want passwords , pin´s and telemetry protection to just turn on my PC. But with latest updates Windows Hello attack directly on my nervs...
PLEASE help us to get rid of WINDOWS HELLO!!! (Just Google for Turn off Windows Hello - and you find a big number of people that think like me!)
