soft block doesn't stay enabled between reboots

I only ever want to delay feature updates. Monthly updates and updates for security patches need to be installed right away.

The soft-block LOOKS like it allows me to only block feature updates until the specified date, but upon checking for updates manually I find that the soft-block has been disabled.

suggested solution: There should be an option for the hard-block to only block feature updates.

StopUpdates10 seems to be the only thing for windows 10 home users to be able to delay feature updates and it might end up being the only way for pro users to do it too.
