windows update is partially blocked

I use the portable versions and I have already tried the installable ones and the same message continues to appear.

Previously I had the portable tool version 2.0.52 and when using it for the first time, it worked normally.

But when wanting to update to the current version 2.0.55, restore the updates of the tool version 2.0.52 and then delete it and put "stop updates" in the new tool and I left the message "windows update is partially blocked".
